After not having played for some time I have created a new nation (The Consulship), and I am wondering if I could get my old stats back from my previous country (Volonia). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Visit the Getting Help (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=help) page.
Pick "Other, Response to Moderator" from the drop list.
"Please revive my nation, Volonia. Thanks"
You'll need your old password, or if you've forgotten that, hopefully it had an email address associated with it. Takes a day or three.
