Before anyone yells, I already sent in a request on myself for this one.
I was finishing submitting this and my mouse slipped, putting it under the wrong category. Should be Moral Decency. I resubmitted it under the right category, and request that this one be nuked.

"Sexual Congress" is defined within this document as "any act of sexual intercourse involving the genital regions of either or both entities, for purposes of sexual gratification, deemed forbidden and/or taboo and/or illegal by the nation in which the act takes place".
