Again it seems the world is taking out frustations out on the DEN. Our freely elected delgate (which he was by those natives in the region) has been deleted for "Rules Violations." When I asked about what happened, a Mod came in and stated he was deleted for "bloddy rules violations". I would still like to know what rules were broken. It seems that everytime The DEN takes a region lately, suddenly a Mod comes in and clears everything out without as much as an explaination. If we could get some information on what happened, then perhaps we could stop making these mistakes and be allowed to go about our business.

I know for a fact the DEN doesnt try and break rules. It may occasionally, but its command adheres to the NS law, and punishes accordingly. Im not aware of the details, but the Mods might get a bit tired of the DENs antics now and then...believe it or not, theyre only human :D

Point is, you haven't got a chance, pull out now before more of your nations are deleted.

I see your Lieutenant Colonel Grippsholm and Sforey City were deleted as well! Has he been accused of being General Powell as well?

Since General Powell was alive and well, I think this moderator ruling was unfair. General Powell was almost a trademark of the Old Raiding Club so nobody could guess he was not to be associated with.

This Biotherm Deletion is unfair as well. Very unfair.

It does appear that all the deletions are being currently investigated, so I'm sure that word will be given as to why each nation was deleted as soon as everything is cleared up. If a mistake has been made, the nations will be restored. It's happened many times.

Every other time that a DEN nation has been deleted unfairly and we post on the forums, all we get is some rubbish about "We must wait for the moderator in question to respond" which, suprise, suprise, they never do! If I wasnt into the RPing aspect of NS aswell and I would seriously consider quitting around about now. If it is true that Gen Powell, Grippsholm, Opressed America and Sforey City were deleted for no reason, or if no reason is given YET AGAIN, then I have to say that I will consider the moderators' apparent lack of professionalism frankly astounding.

And Komokom - do you have NOTHING better to do than prowl the moderation forum and make POINTLESS non-posts on matters that DONT CONERN YOU?

Of particular note here is a XML NS screen of the region made showing the DEN delegate's World Factbook Entry before his deletion; as well as the usual listing of nations in order of longevity in the region.

If any nations have any older screens of USA we certainly welcome their posting in the Gameplay thread. Thanks

Praetonia--this is my advice to you, if you don't mind me offering it:

In honesty, if I were in this situation, I most certainly wouldn't be able to wait idly by in a thread for a mod ruling, either. I would get on IRC, go to #themodcave, and ask a mod directly, if one is available. Do you have mIRC, or are any of your members capable of asking for you?

If you can't talk to them in themodcave, there's really nothing else you can do but wait, and maybe spam up General to blow off some steam. :cool:

Guess that means all DEN troops that participate in an invasion gets deleted? At least that's what your post sounds like it's saying...

And we had 40 endorsements for our guy, before the mods deleted his second nation! (a UN Switcher)

The moderators have lives outside of NationStates as well as hundreds upon thousands of things to do within the game; they will get to this when they can, patience is a virtue, so, I suggest we all sit tight and wait.

People have been saying that for two weeks in the "The Atlantic" thread... Even if this isn't answered, I'd like the former to be... Don't you think fourteen days is a bit long to "have other things to do"? I would very much appreciate it (hell, every invader in the game would) if the Mods would actually answer us with some reasons for deleting out puppets... It'd be a nice change ;)... lol

If mods can answer trivial topics surrounding this one, such as "this person is flaming me" topics, then they have the time to give us a straight answer.

I concur. I am sick of having to wait for weeks before getting an answer, and in most case, not even get one. :headbang:

To avoid confusion and make things clear: the nation Biotherm along with the puppet Biotherm II were revived by the mods Yesterday.

Sign a petition if you feel like it, but please remain correct and avoid being rude ... You all know you can show anger without losing control over your behaviour!

Since you had to create yet another thread on this subject to get an answer, I'd suggest sitting tight, because spamming Moderation is only going to get you into more trouble.
