What is going on? Why was Stephistan deleted?

3 minutes ago: The Omnipotent Federation of Stephistan ceased to exist.
What is going on here? Another game glitch?
How can Stephistan be deleted?
I do not know the circumstances of any of her recent time in NS.
I just was viewing the United Nations update board when I saw this happening.
My first region of solid commitment beyond self-created regions was in RPU with Stephistan as the leader.

NS Forum thread in General, entitled Good-Bye To All...
At least she left her contact info there.
Her region (with Wolfish -- also a memorable NS player) of Role Play University is where I really began to appreciate the special interactivity of this great game called NationStates. I was honored to even to have been delegate there for one day when the region suffered a griefing incident and she was amazingly ejected (via a flaw in Proboards that was taken advantage of).
She will be missed.

My mistake. I hadn't checked their civil headquarters. It shows that she posted a message 19 days ago. That means it was activated. I think she couldn't just let it cease to exist in 28 days. Had to delete it :confused:
