The Dictatorship of UshiYasha II has left a recruitment t-gram in my inbox. Please deal with this rogie individual before I obliverate him in war for this. I do not appreciate being recruited from MY OWN CREATED REGION! Yes, I belong to ALSN, a region I created. This person has violated the rules. Deal with him ASAP.
