What the?!
For some reason the founder and a friend of mine got removed from the game. (the frequently use the same IP, so I wasn't surprised)
So subsequently i decided to move myself from my old region and start new seeing my two friends are no longer playing.
I started a new region, recieved a telegram that upset me warning me about setting up "Puppet" regions for the value of spamming (WTF?) and to boot I got kicked out of the UN!
What the bloody hell is happening here?
I have since moved and if I don't get accepted back into the UN I will have to think about leaving another great game because of, and excuse me here, sh*tful moderation and administration.
Please explain.

I don't know why action has been taken against you, but I do know that remarks like that are likely to put the mod's backs up about answering your request.
Just a friendly piece of advice.

For the record, I am not the Moderator who handled your case.
I have, however, checked the official records. You were a UN multi with 'victor4k' AND you used a puppet nation called "wild-eyed_philosophers" to spam the region "000".

I am not the Wild_Eyed_Philosiphers, or Victor_4k.
They happened to be my two best friends.
What I cannot understand is Why I am the last one standing, I had nothing to do with ANYTHING.., I wasn't the first to sign up, that was Victor-4k.., and I wasn't the one who Spammed, that was "Jim" the Wild Eyed Philosphier.
I was stuck in the bloody middle and my game is all screwed up.

Were they using your computer?
If they were using your computer, then that would explain it. We cannot see who is using a particular computer; all we can tell is if two or more nations have been operating from the same computer and if one of them has been breaking the rules. If you share computers with rulebreakers, then you're going to be mistaken for the rulebreaker and you're going to get blamed for what the rulebreakers do.
We have to assume that one computer means one person. There's really no way around this; it's the only way to keep actual rulebreakers under control.
