The situation: At this moment a bunch of DEN troopers from the region The Den crashed the region Alpha Centauri. They endorsed their leader and by that took control and kicked out the former delegate. Fine, problably that's all legal.

Today they kicked out a native nation which was getting "to much endorsements" like they said. That's the first thing I don't understand. Second they keep kicking out nations who are coming to an aid for Alpha Centauri to get the region crashers from The DEN out. They claim to play by the rules which are in this tread:

Well perhaps it's just me but the first thing I see are big bright red letters stating that "these are not official rules in any way, shape or form". The crashers from The DEN however DO play by these rules and they claim to be able to kick out and ban out every non native they want and native nations as the see fit.

However, I see nothing that states these are the official rules. On the NationStates website the only rule concerning ejecting says it can be done with troublemakers and that mass ejection is forbidden because its griefing. That doesn't come close to what they are doing now.

To make a long story even longer. What rules apply at this very moment? I asume it are the ones that are in the FAQ on the NationStates website since nowhere on the website is mentioned the rules from the tread mentioned above are effective. In case they are in fact allready effective, why aren't they on the website since probably 99,9 % doens't know of the existance and therefore can't play by them?

So, which rules are we supposed to play by?

As Coagitation stated in this thread (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=375567), the official rules are located here: http://www.forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=301703

* Of course, since this rules are usualy still a case by case basis set ... It may be good if the Moderator who was involved in the action of the related thread on this board, could post here too when they post to the other thread. I'm sure even some other Moderation Staff could even have a crack at helping.
