That sort of thing can happen from time-to-time. We'll make a note if it in case this turns into a habit*, but we don't issue official warnings for this sort of thing; this doesn't really look serious to us.

If he repeat-posts something like "U R TEH SUK", then that could be construed as spam. This, however, looks like normal conversation.
