The Official List of National Leaders, Vol. 3, has been a sticky in International Incidents for as long as I've been on NS. For that same amount of time, maybe even longer, it has not been updated. I have made a new "National Leaders" thread, which I update regularly. If you agree, then I propose that you replace the old one with the new one. Here is the link to mine:
