How can I be deleted for talking? I was NOT sniping or flaming. I was voicing my opinion. I dont see anything in the rules about not being allowed to talk with puppets. Can you admin please explain this?

This was answered at length by three mods in #themodcave, but it's worth people knowing about.
The same way you cannot advertise or recruit more than once a day, you cannot post ENDORSE or UNENDORSE messages repeatedly (as in every few minutes).
Making a puppet to spam will get the puppet deleted, and the main nation warned.
