I would like to file a request to become founder of this beloved region that I have been in my whole nationstates carreer, Starting with Anstan.

I would like to renew this great region for it once again can become a great power.

So please consider my request.

The mods havent appointed a founder in ages.

hmm well I can remember one that happend just last month.

A region called Scotland.

I'm the only nation in this region, w/ the other one just ceased to exist, and I am not willing to let this historic region just go down the tubes. It deserves more than that, and a second chance.

There has to be an extraordinary circumstance to have a Founder appointed nowadays, if you're the only one in the region, can't you just refound it?

Actually, if you're the only one in the region, why don't you just move out of the region and let it die. Then when it's gone you can found a region with the same name. I've done that before. It's really easy, and you don't need OMFG!!!1 ModLY pOWAZ to do it.
