I know I have been confrontational in the past, and that I've rubbed more than one moderator the wrong way - but I honestly felt I was trying to be constructive, and non-flaming/flamebating as I could be in those threads. I am not trying to attack others, just engage them in discourse.

No need to apologize, you did nothing wrong. I just locked the Arafat threads because some where so filled with hate. It's not the time to bash a guy who just died. Even on Nationstates I would like to think we don't have such hate in our hearts to bash a man on the day he has died. No matter what you felt or feel about him. The man is dead, I think it's not too much to ask people to show a little respect. After all, he wasn't hated by every one, certainly not by me.

You did nothing wrong.
