I'm not sure if it is or not but, at this point, I'm not taking any chances. It seems it could go either way to me.

Basically, most of the fourth page.

I've known Mikitivity almost my entire time here on NS, and can say that he is usually a very level-headed individual. Tuesday Heights, while a little more blunt at times, will also keep civil in her posts here. This is out of cahracter for both of them, I would say.

However, I do not see anything that would directly constitute a forum warning. While some name-calling did take place, there was no (typed-out) profanity, and, while they are certainly having a heated argument, they are not exactly at each other's throats.

But then, I'm not a mod, so this is just in defense of them both.

Neither Mikitivity or I are flaming in this case; we're having a civil debate, however heated, about the validity of his said proposal. Unfortunately, Mikitivity and I have very contrasting views about what constitutes a proper and valid UN proposal and any warning heeded, against either of us, will be appealed at the highest levels.

I also would like to state for the record that my last post there, on the fourth page, is the end of it, as Mikitivity and I are no longer friends, comrades, and the NUNAA is to be disbanded. I'm personally stepping away before it does get more heated and to the point of direct flaming.
