Hello everyone its my First post and i am posting really to find out if my old nation Tears of a Clown could get reinstated into Nationstates about 3 months ago my nation was deleted for spamming in the pacifics but since then i have kept to the rules and was just wondering is there a way or a process in which i can get the nation back
