So much of the dumbest crap here comes from new posters. Would you consider a rule to, say, not allow new posters to post? After they hit, like, 200 posts or so then you could let them post.

I assume you mean not start new threads til they hit 200 posts? As opposed to being unable to post at all til they get 200 posts?
Only problem i see there is arbitrary limits before you start a new thread...will just lead to a higher concentration of crap posts in otherwise good threads.

You completely missed the joke.
The reason is probably because you have less than 200 posts. I think this is solid proof already of the idea put forward in the first post.

Most likely i did. It IS three am, i am kind of drunk and Ive seen an amazing amount of stupidity put fort that I honestly thought was a joke but was in fact intended with complete seriousness by various posters here. score 0 for the stupid noob ;)
