I belive that The Republic of <censored> and The Holy Empire of <censored> are owned by the same preson and re both un members how do i go about reporting that?

Posting it here's a good start. Also, you can go to the Getting Help page, with the names of all nations involved. You can get there through the FAQ section on the game site.
However, it seems Myrth has already seen your post. Don't worry about it further.
Firstly, please don't post the names of the accused here. Seeing as it is unverifiable by you, we'd rather you not accuse those who are potentially innocent.
