I am asking on the behalf of Parthian,why was he banned from the Forums for one week.Is it relating to the PETA theard he made?

I thought people could not ask for someone who was forum banned? I'm sure they could file a report, I've done that and the mods have contacted me quickly.

Posting on the behalf of someone who's forumbanned is usually illegal. You cannot, for example, go posting their roleplays for them. Asking for the reason for issuing a forumban is an exception.

Nevertheless, such a question should be filed by "Getting Help" page.
