Would it be possible for nations to recieve an email when they recieve a warning? I have seen few who miss their warnings, and an email might put them on notice a little better.

Might should go in technical (maybe not), but that wouldn't be a bad idea. However, I think the mods do send a TG to your nation, and an e-mail if you get banned.
