I was nearly finished...yet you allowed him to get one more disprovable argument though, and now he can walk away with this belief intact. Why? You locked this as I was answering, it was only 10 pages, and the argument over the "activist judges" complaint is hardly common (and its refutation a long time coming).

We don't need two topics on this. iMerge.

I didn't handle this case, but my guess is that it was locked because of the flamebaiting going on on the first page.
