That would be spam, and a warnable offense, if the nation in question is not the region's founder.

Founders are exempt from spamming their own boards, as they "own" that region. However, if they decide to do so in such a manner, then they should allow others to do the same without reporting them, to be fair.

Edit: However, seeing as the nation in question is a member of The West Pacific, where there is no Founder, that would constitute as spam. However, the posts in question are gone now.

Just as a note this nation is a puppet of the same player Tweeds and Lord (fill in the blank) (maybe 30 plus puppets). Extremely annoying and usually spaming our boards, closed out of our offsite forum (but of course he rejoins as fast there as he makes puppet nations).

I'm fed up with him but reluctant to eject - all he'll do is move more puppets in. (In a bizare aside he gave up control of his known puppets to members of our regional government - I've kept the tgram from him just in case this is some sort of scam to get the mods after us).

Also "Unmentionable diseases" which I think was deated as well. Annoying up to the point of mod action - spam, unconfirmed reports of abuse, spaming our offsite...

Why doesn't he just start playing Joint Ops or something?
