I once posted a resolution to repeal another resolution and it was removed and I recieved a telegram from the moderator saying I would be banned if I ever tryed to repeal an existing resolution again. Now I see that the latest resolution to pass is a repeal of a previous resolution. What the hell?

We recently implmented a repeal system of proposals, previous to that it was illegal (see the news page (http://www.nationstates.net/news/)). You can submit a repeal now by going to the "list resolutions" page and clicking on the "repeal" button which is beneath every resolution.
