This guy, interestingly enough, is a game admin from lotgd, and he's a chronic problem. He should be reported on sight, as he's a DoS and to my knowledge is also evading an IP ban.

I think he would love it. He simply filters out the word NationStates, and he got himself the attention he wanted. In order to spame there, you have to register first.

while we're at it, how about we outlaw all spam. as in, those damn recruitment telegrams and messages on the RMB... please? i hate spam so much... makes me want to kill spammers, and do we really want to teach kids to spam here? they might grow up to be spammers of email and such...
