Well Tactical Grace banned Guff here (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=7209248&postcount=6) on October 9th at 11:36 am EST, according to my linked post. If my math is right, his ban expired today at that time. I believe the ban expired before he posted.
