no, some people here RP their onw alliances entriely. Though most people consider using another nation to butress your strength bad RPing outside of exceptional circumstances, but its not against any rules.

It's perfectly legal. I myself have about 40 nations. Only 1 UN.

Its only annying when people use them as one nation or alliance. Its not illegal but it is often ignored. I mean if someone waved 20 450mil nations around, they effectively are a power block. Which could be fun, but ruins the fun part of alliances, where they are forged through international relationships and history, like countries are.

I have three nations, plus babysit three. But I keep them relatively separate where I can. (Civil war in the region of one, and one I was babysitting got them both involved)

Unless someone tells you that they have more than one nation, you cannot assume that they are RPing with themselves or what-not.

Thats true, but when people threaten you with their huge alliance of puppets its a bit annoying. Though general etiquette demands you accpet their terms if you attack them, the other way is a bit different.

Hi, my name's Jeremy and I'm running a campaign for the delegacy of the North Pacific. Apparently several nations like The Free Land of Free the free landers and Megalomaniacan, have decided to run by copying and pasting my ideas. I was just wondering if you mods can check to see if they're the same person.

It isnt illegal, as long as they don't pretend to pass off as you.
