You should probably use the Getting Help (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/28504/page=help) page. Select "Other: Response to Moderator"
Flameing is when you start to argue and starts to turn nasty.
Flame baiting is when your asking for it so maybe without you noticeing some nation you were argueing with might have told the mods, if you dident do anything i suggest you use the getting help page.

To clarify:
Flaming is when you insult other posters on the message board, swear at them, or generally direct hateful, hurtful, and coarse remarks at them.
Flamebaiting is when you intentionally make a statement that is likely to cause other nations to react to you in a flame -- such as, "Everyone knows all (fill in the blank) are subhuman, subintelligent filthy morons who ought to be sterilized."
Another nation may report flaming or -- surprise, surprise -- we mods cruise the forums and catch much of this stuff ourselves.

Since my ban has ended, is it ok if I ask where I flamed?
Did it have anything to do with that native american thread?
