Since the Archive Request Thread is still closed, I wish to post my request for my first Rp to be moved into the archives.
ALIEN VS PREDATOR

I request this Rp added to the Archives because helped introduce a new generation of horror fans to probably the most well known movie-monsters in movie history. It also allowed for ALIEN and PREDATOR fans to participate in a battle between them.
I understand it have its bumps, but overall I think it turned out very good
The thread is closed for a reason. Our archive policy has changed, and there are very few threads that will actually get archived now.

The Archive is now more of a Hall of Fame, because threads will never be purged any more.
Thusly, only the threads that are deemed to need a permanent prominant place in the forums are moved there.
I'm not 100% sure of the current archive rules, but to expand on what Myrth said... The original purpose of the Archive was to save worthwhile threads from being pruned on the old forum. Since there aren't going to be anymore forum prunes because of the Jolt move, the archive has sort of become obsolete.
I think the mods are only going to be archivng very important threads now since the last few archived threads came out of moderation, (the Mod Olympics).

My request the ALIEN VS PREDATOR is a vaild one. Don't you think it deserves a spot in the "Hall of Fame" as being the first AVP related Rp on NationStates?

I think that AVP should be archived as well...it was indeed a very successful thread. It by far, exceeded my expectations for it.

NS was created 2002; 1970 comes from Unix time of 31 December 1969.

I agree with Golden Simatar and Tarlachia. AVP should be archived.
