This guy is going in there to harrass the founder of that region. I know she is already deleted from her former region, because she snapped, but can't you take preventive action this time, before you delete the wrong person again?

Just an update on what Carinthe has already posted (thanks Carinthe). This person/people has been provoking the region, almost non stop. I only rejoined the region when the new Area fifty one opened, and he has been harassing us practically the whole time. If there is anything you can do to stop him once and for all, we would appreciate it.

I'm going to second this. Selective members of our region have been harassed by this guy continually since I first moved into the region nearly a year ago. Different nations usually, but the same catch-phrase (we shall overcome) and always targetting Labrador/Lyric. If anything can be done about him and his (rough guess here) 8 puppet nations currently in our region, it would be much appreciated.
