Look at the region of "Germany" Civil Headquarters. One nation posting complete trash talk. Simple as that. I hope something may be done about this and It was longer than it currently is. Kelkan Bottlenecks is the culprit.

I'm thinking they haven't yet, but that's perfectly understandable because there's still no way to go directly from the nation page to the Getting Help page. Also, for something like that, bringing it to the moderation forum will get it looked at faster, while by the time a mod checks the GH page it could be gone.

I wasn't completely sure where I should report it. Now I feel embarrassed, considering I've been in NS since late 2002.
