Well, the invasion rules care, and we Mods care.

You can either give the only native nation ("Join new nazi europe") the password, or the both of you can be deleted for region griefing.
By the way, "R E Lee" is not a native of that region. Only "Join new nazi europe" need be given the password.

According to Cog, it should be as soon as the UN Delegate checks his/her telegram inbox, according to Melkor, the UN Delegate doesn't have to give you the password at all... it's a confusing situation for us all as we wait for one of them to come on and offer some explanation to the situation.

FWIW,I side with Cog's interpretation,the password must be given to all natives.

One thing that should be considered about the delegate not logging on since NNE was invaded,the delegate and his endorser could be the same player.IOW they're UN mutis.MT Army has been cited for UN violations in the past,I wouldn't put it past them.

It's not about siding with the moderator's about interpretations; the problem arises that one moderator says that the rules are one way and that the other moderator says the rules are another way.

The rules Cogitation states are the current, enforceable rules, in which we've all been led to follow up until now.
