It is a very old thread, posted months ago, but its location in General meant that its target audience, the people who RP on NS, was completely oblivious to it.
I have spoken to Guanyu, its author, and he has given me permission to have it put into NationStates.
If it is considered to old to be moved then don't worry about it.
