the region has been pwp for over two hours now and i have yet to get the pw

The region is not invaded, and the founder is fairly active. You should contact the founder to let you in again.

It is an invasion.. maybe you're looking at the wrong region, 'cos the founder of "new nazi europe" is dead.

Have the rules been changed?

-Interfere with the natives' ability to come and go from the region as they please. (This includes kicking people out and leaving them on the ban list, passwording the region without giving the password to the natives, and the like.)

When passwording a region, the password needs to be sent to all natives immediatly. Preferably, send it out before putting it up. The password needs to be telegrammed, posting it in the WFE or Civil HQ is not enough. And also needs to be sent to ejected natives.
This telegram needs to be clear and easy to understand, no riddles, wordgames, etc.

I was quite sure that an invader had to send a password immediately to all the natives. There goes my world :confused:
I foresee a whole lot of invaders to be deleted in the near future :confused:

Regarding password protecting a captured region:
-The password MUST be telegrammed to ALL natives within one system update of the password being set. The invader delegate and his or her group is responsible for ensuring the password is sent out. Passing it out to some of the natives and instructing them to 'pass it on' is not an acceptable excuse in the event of the password not going out.
-The password must be CLEARLY stated when handed out to the natives. If the password has ''s or ""s on the ends, be sure that this fact is clear. Setting the password as a swear word that is filtered by the censor is no excuse, either.
-If a native loses the password (for instance, it accidentally gets flooded out of their TG box), and they request it again, it must be given to them.

from what i have seen crazy girl knows the rules just as good as the mods becouse in theads involving invaisions they are usealy on the same page

Melkor, the rule so far has been that an externally elected delegate (be it invader or defender) must IMMEDIATELY telegram the password to ALL native nations whenever a password is set. This includes all native nations both inside and outside the region, regardless of whether they stayed in the region, have been idle for a large amount of time, were ejected from the region by the externally elected delegate or someone else, or even temporarily moved out voluntarily for whatever reason.

Your ruling above is a rather drastic change of the rules, and I'd expect it to be mentioned in the stickied "Big Invasion/delegate FAQ!" if making such a rulechange was indeed your intention.
