Is password protecting a region in this way allowable? Is ejecting natives who disagree with you allowable? Is insisting that anyone who returns to the region resign his/her UN status also allowable? No, yes if you unban them immediately, no. File a Getting Help report and a GM will look into the situation and take action where necessary.

It's the general rule to file a Getting Help report; most mods won't respond to requests for game action on the forums.

Jesus tap-dancing Christ. You free the region "the Axis" from an illegal invasion and what do you get? Nothing. You delete one National Socialist and you get all these horribly misinformed accusations thrown at you. How many times do we have to go through this. OY freaking VEY!

Anyway... yeah... I'll look into it.

Alright, here's my take on the situation.

Invasions are legal. Invaders tend to boot out natives when they come in, for little or no reason. You probably already know this. However, the standing delegate has failed to distribute the password, despite the fact that he's evidently lifted the ejectees from the regional ban list. Its a half assed effort, and it's not going to fly. He may not have even changed it, but that's irrelevant, as he should already know what it is anyway. Natives dont necessarily know their region's password automatically, since it may have [and probably had] been put up after they moved in.

Now the Delegate needs to send out that password double-quick, or he may face deletion, having been reported for another policy offense three days ago.

I appreciate your addressing of this issue. Thanks.

Hey, it's my job. Well, the job I don't get paid for. If I remember this or see the thread up here in a day or so I'll look back into it.
