3 days ago The Empire of Generic empire It's because the first time I got 'what do we do with prison system' (or something like that) issue, I accidentally got rid of all the prisons, and so my crime rate is enormous. i've answered that differently like three times now, but it still says I don't have prisons.

Obviously Zandra is not worried about the spam. Nations who spam are often deleted. That is something to worry about ;)

A founder may spam-clear the civil HQ in bad cases of spamming by others. It is IMHO not allowed in any other situation. Since the founder is stating itself to be clearing the board to wipe out valuable information on it, that does seem like a rule violation to me.

This all revolves around a subjective definition of "spam..." After all, what about all of the regions populated with the puppets of one person, that chatter back and forth with themselves all day long? Are they spamming...I don't think so...

Also, it doesn't make sense to me that a Founder can grief his/her own region, but not spam the RH and board (as long as the RH spam doesn't lead to RH spam in another region). After all, a founder grossly spamming a region could lead to a voluntary vacation of the other residents, or it could be a temporary inconvinience. A griefing completely disrupts the gameplay of every nation in the region. The latter being legal and the former not is not logical.
