I just have a question, Lets says for example a region crasher force manages to gain the password to a password-protected region. They go in and they conquer it. The password was put up by a native. Is the Region Crasher delegate obligated to pass out the password put on by a native delegate. The only drawback is that they don't know whether or not the former native delegate gave out the password. Is it better just to give out the password to all the natives in that case.

He has controls to change the password. If he ejects somebody, he will never know if they have knowledge of the password. I'd say they have to change the password and give it out to the locals. :p

i do remember in monte carlo, neut told fisz that an invader delegate didn't have to telegram the password set up by a previous delegate (long story, ended up with fisz getting deleted after all cause he was the former delegate who put up the password and didn't give it out himself with another puppet if i remember right).

although the general rule as i know it, is that an invader delegate shouldn't interfere with a natives ability to enter the region at will..
and if he would eject (not ban!) a native, that native wouldn't be able to return after being ejected without password..

Exactly. Knowledge of the password is not an issue, since the delegate has control. He'll never know if the previous delegate passed the password to the natives, unless all the natives told him so. Often there are inactive natives, and believe it or not, they too have to have the password.
If I was the delegate in that position, I would take the password off. If the current delegate doesn't want to do that, because the fear of invasion, he better put a new (known to him) password on, and pass it to all the natives as fast as possibe. No procrastination is acceptable, or he'll feel the wrath of the mods. :p

maybe you should also mention the former delegate who put up the password is now in your region? ;)
