NationStates Jolt Archive

If it's locked, do we really need the Archive requests? It's not being used, not serving a function, as we already know whats in the archives. Can't it be sent to the archives or something?

I'm going to lock this temporarily. With the move to Jolt, we may not be purging anymore, so I'm considering a review of Archive policy. Gimmie a week or so.

I'm still trying to figure out what to do about it. I'll probably just de-stick it. Since we're no longer doing semi-regular purges, we can be more selective in what gets archived.
