The issue has been covered before, at great length. Check stickies and the archives to find information on it.

In short, its called UN Multi'ing. Its not allowed. There are lots of information about it. He cant have a UN nation if he shares a computer with someone that does, and there isnt anything anyone can do about it.

Only one UN nation per computer; there are no exceptions, period.

The previous responses given to you are correct, but not very clear (in my opinion; sorry, Tuesday, Cassandrah).

The rule is, theoretically, that each person may only have one UN nation at a time. Unfortunately, we Moderators can only trace login activity back to a particular computer and cannot see who is using that computer. If two different people each have a UN nation and log in from the same computer, then that looks just like ONE person logging into those two nations from the same computer, so we have to assume that it is one person. So, in practice, the rule is "only one UN nation per computer".

We apologize for the inconvenience that this causes, but we've had to deal with these problems for over a year now, and this is really the only way to keep the cheaters under control.

Better to be corrected for future reference than to wander around aimlessly in the halls of Moderation not knowing better. :p
