I created 3 nations to RP with when they get older, but someone came along after all of them and created 3 nations aswell:
Ferret Navy Killers
Ferret Army Killers
F A K AA Defenses (F.erret A.rmy K.iller AA)

These are the names of my nations:
Ferret Navy
Ferret AirForce
Ferrets Army

I know that they can't do that, can they?

I don't see why not. It might be annoying but unless they actually harass you with them no harm no foul.

As long as they are not actively flaming you, there is no offense. I have seen several nations whose name was clearly against another nation, but as far as I know, no action was ever taken against them.

In Babylon 5:
The Republic of Ferret Navy Killers Anchors Aweighhhhhh!!! Destroy the Ferrets todayyyyyy!!!!

I was in 0000, then went to 000, then Alderaan, then Babylon 5. They have followed me all the way.

And another guy I know had his region deleted, "The New World Empire" because he was making fun of "New World Empire" Is this the same type of thing?
