Is it leagal for a UN delegate to eject the founder and the rest of the nations in a region and take it over?

It depends on if the UN delegate is a native delegate or an invader delegate.

And if they eject the founder, the founder can just unban him/herself and move back in, so it's sort of pointless.

I can't go back as the region has been password protected and the person who ejected me is now the founder.

If they ejected every single person and re-founded the region, that's griefing. File a report on the Getting Help Page (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=help) with the name of the region and the person who ejected you, explaining the situation.

This is a strange case. You dont appear to have been ejected from any regions. Ever.

Hi, it is a nation called really nice shoes, when a region i was in previously called 'The Lost Continent' died, I restarted it with myself (really nice shoes) as the founder, a nation called Iarnrod Eireanne became delegate, and ejected me and the rest of the nations. The region now has a nation called The Empire of Kevinlands as founder. He was the founder of The Lost Continent originally but he left it to die.

Ohhh.. that. Yeah, it's been dealt with. Kevinlands apparently had some UN multis or something, which he used to eject you and two others to refound the region. You've been made Founder again; just move back to the region.

EDIT: also, just for the record, the reason that iarnrod_eireann was deleted was because his ejection log proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that it was a premeditated attempt to re-found the region. Kevinlands was axed because it was obvious by the nature of the re-founding that he was in on it. The UN multis in this case was actually less of a factor.

OK, thanks again for getting my region back, but I can't access regional control and more nations from tempest (where Kevinlands came from) have arrived in the lost continent. When will I have access to regional control again.

Academic really, but I can tell you that Iarnrod Eireann is a puppet of Kevin Land, as are Kevinlands, Kevin Land Embassy, Kevinlands Embassy etc etc. Out of interest, how long or how much does it take for someone to be IP banned as Kevin Land has had several nations deleted now?

For what it's worth, I can tell you pretty much the whole history of Kevin Land etc since Feb, he gets nations deleted and then starts bugging me and my region with new ones.

I have a nice long list of nations of his, and possible ones. Not that the mod's need it, but I'm here all the same.

As founder, are you able to enter into regional controls at all? You should be able to check off the box that says UN delegates cannot eject...

For some reason, it didn't actually make you Founder when Hack put in your nation name in the Founder field for the region. I'm currently looking into this.

Fixed. Hack entered your nation name wrong (he used spaces, not underscores), the slackin' bastard. :p

I think so. The same thing happened in Liverpool. The region got grieved, founder re-instated by Cog, and than the founder left the region again to die. Not many Beatle fans in this game :p

There is a reason for him moving away, of which I know but not sure if Zebra'/really nice shoes would appreciate me saying.

Theres a whole history of this going way back to early this year.

If its in the public interest you should share your history with us Neo, if it'll stop other griefing incidents.
