Stupidass. RUSH DODGED THE DRAFT. Plain and simple. And Bush has censored dozens of little websites and books. He is a fascist pig. And you are a flithy capitalist pig that cares for no one but himself. So how much of that 20k are you putting away. 90%?
GO TO WAR ASSHOLE. GET KILLED. That's the only thing wars are good for. Getting rid of people like you.

Oh and I use the internet to fuel my home bussiness and my software projects(isis OS). Go to hell, you greedy blind moron.

Hey if you get cancer and have to pay 3 million dollars out of YOUR pocket. It's not my problem, right?

Is there any rulling on cussing? Or is it just when it goes too far? I don't mind it too much, but I think he may be going over the top.

Obviously, a moderator will have to rule on the specific merits of the thread in question. However, the general ruling on cursing follows:

While swearing is not, necessarily, verbotten it does walk the line of acceptability. By swearing, one runs the risk of slipping into flaming.

It's just bad taste in wording.

non-mod opinion:

If he's cussing at Rush, it's opinion. If he's cussing at posters, it's flaming. I couldn't stomach enough of that hate-filled topic to make a judgement, but it looked like flaming to me.

I think it is on the line between flaming and just opinion. But there are better ways to express your opinion that will not offend anyone and will definitely not get you kicked out of NationStates.

Basically, yes. Cussing is allowed as long as it is not directed towards other posters.

Alansyists was flaming specific posters in the little bit of the thread that I looked at, and he has been warned accordingly.

If you are searching for a term, then when you go onto that page, all the words that match your search criteria, will be highlighted, in this case, red.
