Possible Sticky in II

It includes many links to threads that are quite eligible for becoming a sticky, but I believe that a lot of them are things that the people of Nation States should know. It also includes some discussions on things that haven't been brought up in a sticky before. I also compiled most of the previous stickies in this thread, in case you wanted to combine them, but I can remove them if that isn't needed.

I thought so too, but this thread was actually pretty good. It links to a bunch of other stickies, which allowed us to reduce the clutter in II while still providing redirects to the pertinent threads.
By the way, let me know if Holy Panooly keeps up his charade.

Since you now have the option of topic splitting, can we get all but the first post split away? All the Holy Panooly venom and a couple dozen bumps don't add anything to that sticky.
