I'm still waiting patiently for a ruling on my other proposal. I worked very hard on it and think it would be a great addition to NationStates. It means a lot to me.
In the mean time, I've drafted a *different* proposal -- which should be fun and light hearted! :) This one sounds like "Free Trade" to me in that I'm basically hoping to remove trade barriers on beer sales, but I'm honestly not sure if "Free Trade" is supposed to mean "reduces tariffs and trade barriers" like it does in the real world, or if it has some other hidden meaning.

Since I had the rug pulled out from me on one idea, I'd appreciate any moderator insight, so that I don't repeat this morning's problem and so I can do something to distract me. :) (This was another idea I was working on, it just got pushed ahead in my queue, since I've been officially put on hold here on my more important issue.)
