Would removing one nations ex-delegate after seizing power in perfectly legitimate means (ie not region crashing) be permitted? As in hauling them out of the region?

I'm guessing you're asking this because it's better to ask forgiveness than permission, eh?

well, if you're an internally elected delegate (to use one of coggy's terms), you'd be allowed to kick him, and even leave him on the banlist.

if you're an invader delegate (meaning you haven't got more native endorsements than everyone else in the region) you can still kick the former delegate out, you jsut have to remove him or her from the banlist immediatly..

Well my old nation (Cookiana) used to be delegate but it died *ages* ago. Prolly just remove him from the banlist anyway, he seemed quite pissy and I don't want him giving me hell IRL over Nationstates ;)
