The Hellenic States appears to be NWV.
He (NWV) has used variants of the name before (United Hellenic States & Hellenic States), he has the same religion (Christianity), the same political ideals (Ultra-Socialist), is in high school, follows Chomsky with a religious intensity, hates U.S.Americans, hates Conservatives, lives in Europe, honestly believes in the "Great Satan" "ruling class of America", and seems obsessed with decade old U.S. actions in Central America.
I suppose this could all be one mother of a coincidence, but it seems rather unlikely.

The Hellenic Nation (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=360200) is going on an anti-atheist IC purge. A seven-paragraph, perfectly-formatted, first post from a September nation with a Hellenic name just rings a few bells.
