If you want a post deleted, try filling out the form that comes up when you click on that red triangle thingie, at the bottom left of each post. That generally gets a response faster.

No, it won't.
I for one blacklist those e-mails, and Jolt mods will get pissed off if they get e-mails about posts from NationStates.
