I know that a spam is allowed in a feeder region a day, but is it legal to advertise for another game completely? I can't see where that would be allowed, though I could be wrong.

I once tyried that game, lets just put it this way,
PKers, Rude Oldbies, and generally annoying gameplay.

Yes, I've seen that game advertised in all of the feeder regions, a couple of times more than once a day (even minutes apart). I don't believe that it's legal.

This, regardless of frequency, is not permitted.

It’s an RPG, where I am an Admin.

It’s simple, yet fun. You create a person, and you go through the game, gathering experience, until you have enough to level up, then you challenge your master, if you win, you gain a level, if you lose, you lose. Once you reach level 15, you fight the Green Dragon.
We have friendly Admins and Mods, who are there to help. It’s growing and challenging, and always changing, so it don’t become old. There is plenty to do, like fight, participate in clans, talk to others, fight others, go shopping, and just have fun!

*Bonus*
If, once you sign up, you recruit people, then use the petition link, located at the top right of your screen, and tell us their names, then we will reward you, either, Gold, Gems, Charm, your choice.

He has been contacted through multiple channels and informed (in no uncertain terms) to stop doing this. I hope that Chris listens this time.

Just to throw my opinion in, advertising like this is unacceptable and nations who spread it will be stepped on. There's no problem occasionally mentioning a game or site you honestly think other players might like, but spamvertising your own site is an abuse of our resources and won't be tolerated.

I don't think it has to do with how many fans of that game there is... I think it has to do with there being a large people base for this game... that's mighty fine advertising there.

I think all the Pacifics got it again. This is way too absurd. Are they really that clueless? And it's all the same ad, so someone is handing out a template or something.

Just keep reporting 'em, we'll keep zapping them. We're currently putting together a case file to present to his present hosting services AND ISP.

Next time we can get ahold of Max, we may even petition him to apply pressure of a more legal nature, too.

Isn't there some sort of swearing-filter for Civil HQ messages? If so, using it to block the URLs might slow them down a bit.

Or could you even block "LOTGD"? I somehow doubt that's a common acronym used on NS. Something/anything to make it more difficult to post their messages.

If it comes down to it, we'll just ban the entire IP range until a better solution can be found. We did it for the Jackson spammer, we'll do it again.
