I have a friend who plays Nationstates who will be staying with me for a week or so in the near future. If he logs on to check his nation (which is a UN nation) will my account be deleted?

Your nations will show up as UN multis, yes, so they might end up being ejected from the UN. You may want to ask him to resign from the UN first if he wants to log onto his nation from your computer.
