RE a question in this thread (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=354937). Is MKULTRA, formerly aka The Red Arrow, still under the same restriction to limit his cust and paste spams to one a day?

Not sure, but the question of how much he's allowed to C&P was asked by a poster there.

I am the mod that made the ruling. At the time I told him one a day. However this is not a ruling set in stone. I mean if all he's doing is copy/pasting articles with no comment to the contents of the article and using it to inflame certain groups of people then it's not ok. We all post articles some times. I know I do. But if that's ALL you do, then it's a problem. It's a matter of judgement by the mods. If he gets carried away like he did last time , we will handle it. I assure you.

I'll watch over the next few days.. If he's only posting articles from "democracynow.org" I'll ask him to go back to one a day ;)
