I wrote the proposal "Nuclear Arms and Technology" that was SUPPOSED to have until the end of today to collect approvals. It was on page 3 yesterday. It had about 30 approvals. My question now is:

Where in blazes is it!?!

I've looked and I can't find it anywhere. I've even started looking into the Weds-expiring proposals in case there were a sorting malfunction. No luck.

I assume then, that a mod has deleted it. I would like an explanation. Perhaps I can explain whatever it was that was in question (as it passed through the UN forum without any red flags, or even a slightly pink one). And If I am in the wrong, there is no way I'm going to learn the proper boundaries if you do not tell me in what I was wrong.

I had this happen a time or two, PhCm. It mostly happens when you post shortly before update. Technically, it WAS available today, but got cycled with the other expired proposals after barely four days rather than the full four. Best to to post is about 8 am EDT (noon GMT?)

Now, if the proposals on either side of it are still there and yours is gone, then you have a moderation case. Make a note of nearby proposals when you resubmit.

According to the official records, no proposal with the word "nuclear" in the title has been deleted by any Moderator in the past four weeks. Your proposal simply expired.

Correct. Also remember that UN proposals are deleted at both the major and minor updates (as I recall), so that's every 12 hours. A proposal scheduled for deletion on "Wednesday" might be deleted at the major update on Wednesday, or at the minor update on Wednesday. The deadline shown won't distinguish between these.

Thanks. I didn't have the experience with how the updates worked (and the subsequent expiration) to understand that this was a possibility. My apologies for my mistaken blame. I'm glad to understand now; I was just puzzled because I hadnt received a telegram telling me about my "deleted" proposal, which wasn't deleted.
