I don't think that's spam, you need to file a Getting Help report if you really want to report it; it just sounds like a weak attempt at a possible invasion. That's not illegal.

Is his name legal? If someone who actually had aids, or knew someone who did it may be really disturbing. I know if someone's name was, OMG I have Brain Cancer, I would be extrememly upset.

Thats not spamming. If he posted it 10 times yes, But if somone pops into your region and leaves a message(non-recruiting) that shouldn't be conssidered spamming. ALso your an invader region you should be the laast person running to the mods over such a minor issue. Its crazy but invader groups are some of the biggest spamm reporters.

Soi-Disant, Arn't you being a little too sensitive. If I had AIDS i would simply think he was an idiot. If I had brain cancer I would probably laugh. AIds would be slightly offensive because it carries a stigma for some, and his name could be considered mocking, but not brain cancer.

Dont you think you are being too insensitive? If you actually had either of those two diseases, or someone you loved did, I can garuntee you that you wouldnt laugh. Those two diseases can completely crush a family. It can leave scars and empty voids in people's hearts that can lead to suicide, or depression. So no, I do not think I am being too sensitive.

I would think the mods would have seen this already, and quite possibly act on the nation name; however, while it may be an insensitive name to have, I hardly think it constitutes a violation of the NS rules. Just my .02...

That way of thinking holds the whole world hostage. Every slight is considered an unbearable offense that must be redressed. Thats why there is an epidemic of frivolous lawsuits.

Yes a death of a family member is painful. There are thousands of things that can cause pain and suffering.

Maybe I am a bit thick skinned, but Maybe i'm being over sensitive to your over sensitiveness. Its the sense of finding offense in everthing that leads to intolerance, which leads to even greater pain.

Plus its one thing to be offended when it is directed at you, its different when you patrol looking for reasons to be offended.

All I'm saying is that what one thing thinks is insensitive to another may not be considered as such; to take that road, the one you suggest would ban all Nazis (because they're all directly related to the Holocaust which could offend people), would ban all Communists (because they believe in a political system that eventually overruns the citizens of a given country and leaves them to poverty and starvation), and would ban all extremists of any form (because they are inevitably linked to terrorism).

Oh, how about the person that comes up to you as says they're offended you've even started this debate? Perhaps, you, too, should be banned from this site for disagreeing with them, and that's offensives and brings back horrible memories from their childhood when their mother used to tell them everything they did offended people and was insensitive.
