He seems to know enough of internet law to talk big and threatening, but I rather doubt he'll have any luck in finding a lawyer who would actually take the case. He used private property, he was removed from that propety by the owner's representative staff, and he continues to trespass despite repeated warnings not to, including one emailed to him by Salusa.

At this time, he is under a DOS order, and shall remain so unless he appeals the decision to Max and/or [violet] and they reverse the moderators' decision.

In short... DEAT+1!

If you have been told not to by the owners (or owners' representative), then yes, it's tresspass. Just like if the owner of a restaurant tells you not to come back and you do, you're trespassing.

Yeah, I remember the Jackson spammer... and as much as NWV shouldn't be here, he certainly, IMO, wasn't as bad as the Jackson guy... so, let's just see if NWV pulls anymore tricks out of his sleeves, is what I'm thinking.
